Disabled Access FAQ's

Here are some Frequently Asked Questions (and answers) about access to our facilities

I'm in a wheel chair, can I get into your building?

Yes. For our Sunday services and major events we have a portable ramp on the right hand side of the church (as you come up the drive). From September 2010 we will have someone on the door to greet you and open the door (so that we can save on heating).

Do you have a Disabled access Toilet?

Yes... but it is in our church hall. We would be glad to provide access for you. Please speak to one of the sides persons (handing out books) or Church Wardens (whose pictures are in the porch) and they will arrange access for you.

Do you have a T-loop?

Yes, we have the wireless system for hearing aid users known as a T-loop. It is in use at weddings, baptisms and the larger funerals. It is also in use at our main 10:30 a.m. Sunday service.

Do you offer signing for the deaf?

No, we do not currently offer a signing service for the deaf.
