An application form for the Trinity Delivery Team - formed during the 2020 Covid-19 Crisis.
We are looking to recruit THREE volunteers, for each day, to collect numbered bags from outside Ashby foodbank, and deliver those bags locally. We have opportunities for walking deliveries and for delivery drivers (with access to a vehicle).
We are planning on working with a team of NINE volunteers at any one time. Our volunteer Trinity Delivery Team coordinator, Jo Swain, will be in touch with the team and tell them about duties and keep them updated about changes to the service. As people become unable to volunteer others will be added to the team. If you complete this form when we have a full team, you will receive an email (within 3 days) to let you know that you are on the waiting list.
As part of social-distancing you will not be expected to come into face-to-face contact with anyone. Once you have delivered the bag please go to trinityashby.net/done and enter the bag number.
Please let us know that you can no longer volunteer with us, if you or a member of your household develops the (well publicised) symptoms of Covid-19.
You will need to arrange (free) charity work insurance cover with your insurance company, and send a copy of the updated document to Ashby foodbank email@example.com - this will be deleted once it has been seen by a member of our team.

In the current crisis we are not going to be able to pay petrol / mileage expenses.
