Sunday Worship on Zoom
For more information, please see our
Sunday Worship LIVE FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) for how to join us on Zoom.
8:30am, 10:30am and 6:00pm on Sundays
Our Zoom room will open at 8:15 am, 10:15 am and 5:45 pm on Sundays, 15 minutes before the service starts. Please join us in good time and before start, so you can say hello and get settled in!
How do I attend Sunday Worship LIVE?
By signing up for our notices. Please contact our Administrator Emma Harris to sign up to our weekly Notices email. This email is sent out at 7:00 am on Saturdays and will have the link to Sunday Worship LIVE.
If you want to join us and don't have that email, please email SundayLIVE@trinityashby.net and ask for the current link to the Zoom Room.
Time to Chat
This will enable you to have a face-to-face chat with other people 'seated' with you in that part of the 'building' before the service. You'll also be able to chat with them afterward, during our Virtual Coffee time.
40 Minute Service
Initially, we are keeping our services to around 40 minutes, with 20 minutes after that for coffee. You can leave at the end of the service, or stay for coffee for as long as you like. We will gather back together just before the hour is up with all those still present, to say the Grace together, before ending our Zoom meeting.
Communion?
At our 8:30 am Service on the 2nd 3rd and 4th Sundays of each month, we have a service of Holy Communion. You can either join us (on Zoom) with your own bread and wine prepared, or as many will do, simply remember our Lord's self-sacrifice, as we worship together.
Muted?
During most of the service, your mic will be 'muted', but there will be points when all the mics will be 'unmuted' and we can respond, e.g. by saying The Grace together.
Video On
We are asking that everyone would have their video turned on, please. This is for a range of reasons outlined in our FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) and also so that we have the joy of seeing one another's faces!
Being Present
As we gather together in God's presence with one another, we'd love for you to join us wholeheartedly and without distractions as far as this is possible, in this season! As always, we understand parents may be caring for younger children, but please could we ask you to silence your phone-ringer and turn off notifications (and consider completely turning off your phone handset too, if you're not using it for the Zoom Meeting).
